Administrator is unable to find their own username to add themselves to a group when the group setting 'Who can join this group?' is set to 'Only those invited by a group manager'.

Additional Information
This is as designed. Administrators can join any group in the organization without group manager authorization when using the Join button (where the group is configured to allow join). However, for invite-only groups (or private groups), user is not able to find themselves in the invite UI search.Workaround
- Temporarily change 'Who can join this group?' to 'Those who request membership and are approved by a group manager' or 'Anyone'.
- Invite yourself and approve the request or just join the group.
- Set the setting back to 'Only those invited by a group manager'.
