Workaround
To uninstall the Add-In follow the below said steps :-1. Go to C:\Documents and Settings\<user name>\My Documents\ArcGIS\Desktop9.4\AddIns.2. Delete any .esriaddin file or any folder for a respective Add-In from the above location.3. Start ArcMap, the Add-In should be uninstalled.Steps to Reproduce
