Bug

Adding the same layout file multiple times in a project, and deleting the map frames and layouts from the Catalog pane causes the map frame to be missing when reimporting the same layout file to the same project.

This issue is non-reproducible.

Workaround

Manually set the map frame. Double click the map frame, and select the map frame from the drop-down list in the Elements pane.
