Additional Information

Add the geoprocessing service to my content without the Export Web Map Task portion of the URL. You can always add that to the secured service URL when you are consuming it.

Workaround

Option 1:

1. Add the service to your content without 'export web map' on the URL.

2. Store credential option will be available.

3. Once you have added this URL as an item, navigate to item details > settings and re-add the 'export web map' part to the end of the URL under Data Source.

Option 2:

1. Create a new custom print service by following the below steps.

  • Open ArcToolbox > Server Tools > Printing > Export Web Map.
  • Leave everything as Default and Clicked ok.
  • From the Results window, try to publish this as a Geoprocessing Service.
  • Change the name of the service under service_editor > export_web_map > name to Export Web Map so that there are no spaces in it.

2. Publish the service and try to add the URL including Export Web Map, the option to store credential appears.
