Adding layers to a project from a credentialed Web Feature Service (WFS) Server in ArcGIS Pro 2.3.2 returns the error, "Repair Data Source."

Additional Information

This issue is not reproducible in ArcGIS Pro 2.4.

Workaround

  1. Add a layer from the Web Feature Service (WFS) to the map.
  2. Save the Project.
  3. Close ArcGIS Pro.
  4. Relaunch ArcGIS Pro.
  5. Open the Project.
  6. The data source no longer needs to be repaired.
