Bug
Adding features to a related record, using the Edit widget in ArcGIS Experience Builder, skips past the UI to add the feature on the map when the feature layer is set up with a relate to a table and a relate to another feature class.

Turn on 'Add records' for the second feature layer in the Edit widget.
