Adding DTED layer sometime creates DTED Query Definition that states 'DTED_TYPE = 'No Raster please'' causing the DTED attribute table to be unviewable.

Workaround

Workaround: uncheck, then recheck the selected products in layer propertiesAlso deleting definition query "DTED_TYPE = 'No Raster please" allows the attribute table to be seen.
