Bug
Adding an OGC feature layer to the Map Viewer from the portal's content page returns the error message, "Unable to add layer. Unexpected token '<', "html lang"… is not valid JSON."

Workaround
Use the Add layer from URL option and append '?f=JSON' or '?f=PJSON' to the rest URL. Refer to the following example: https://FQDN/server/rest/services/SampleWorldCities/OGCFeatureServer?f=pjson.
