Duplicate of BUG-000173454 This bug has been determined to be an ArcGIS Online hosted Web Feature Service (WFS) bug that will be addressed in BUG-000173454. If there is still a reproducible case and the service is not an ArcGIS Online hosted WFS service, please log a new issue with Esri Support Services and include the URL to the problematic service.Steps to Reproduce
