Adding an ArcGIS counter in ArcGIS Monitor for a federated ArcGIS Server site where the Portal for ArcGIS site utilizes IWA authentication fails to enumerate a list of services or service types in the alerts tab for the counter.

Workaround

Bypass the web adaptor when specifying the token URL and utilize :7443/arcgis instead.
