Additional Information

According to the steps to reproduce provided with this bug, the issue does not occur in ArcGIS Enterprise 10.7. The issue is not addressed in ArcGIS Enterprise 10.6.1. Please contact Esri Support Services if issues persist in supported versions of the software.
