Bug
Adding Active Directory (AD) members from a file within Portal for ArcGIS with a duplicate username does not return the “Multiple instances of the same username detected" error message, and the compile member list continues to load after adding the file.

Workaround
Make sure there are no duplicate accounts in the CSV file or notepad before using the 'Add members based on existing enterprise users' option.
