Adding a vector tile basemap for export in the ArcGIS Enterprise basemap, the initial vector tiles basemap chosen is not displayed.

This issue is not reproducible. If the issue persists, contact Esri Support Services as a new reproduction case is needed to continue the investigation. When taking an Esri vector basemap offline in an ArcGIS Enterprise web map, the basemap can only be displayed with the default World Street Map style.Workaround
Create and publish a .vtpk file in ArcGIS Pro to ArcGIS Enterprise. Use the file in the basemap.
