Bug
Adding a tracking service layer to a map document, and using copy/paste on the original layer to add a second tracking service layer within the same map document, both layers will share the same properties within the Actions tab.

Add each layer directly from the Tracking Server Connection on the ArcCatalog window. Do not use Copy to add a second layer from the original layer.Steps to Reproduce
