Adding a tag to an item in ArcGIS Online, either in the tags section of the item details page or in the metadata editor, causes duplicate descriptive keywords sections to appear in the metadata sheet when the metadata format is ISO-19139.

Additional Information

This issue is not reproducible in the current version of ArcGIS Online. The metadata keywords work as expected with no duplicate rows.

Workaround

Use the Federal Geographic Data Committee (FGDC) format metadata.
