The development team will review this issue.Workaround
- Map > Add Data > Multidimensional Data > navigate to the netCDF file.
- Right-click the netCDF file in the Contents pane > Data > Export Raster (name it ‘Just_Exported.nc’, leave all settings to default, but uncheck build pyramids).
- Proceed with the workflow “steps to reproduce” 3 and 4 using the newly exported netCDF file.
