Adding a special character or space (inadvertently) when attempting to rename a field in ArcGIS Pro deletes other characters.

Additional Information

This is a limitation of the framework control that is being used for the Fields View. Because we develop Pro for 17 different languages (and 200+ machine locales), we have to account for white space that may occur with keyboards that allow for morphed characters due to multiple keystrokes (for example, Japanese). To avoid this, you can always modify the field alias names in the Fields View. To see the field name aliases in the Table View, open the attribute table and expand the menu at the top right corner --> and check "Show Field Aliases"
