Adding a query definition expression that includes a date that falls within the filter on a hosted feature layer view causes the layer to fail to sync in the collaboration.

Workaround

Further testing found the following workaround as a possibility:

1. Share the base layer (hosted feature layer) to the collaboration.
2. Collaboration syncs successfully.
3. Create hosted feature layer Views on the receiving portal.
