Adding a map image layer published to Portal for ArcGIS returns the following error in Internet Explorer, "Unable to get property 'get' of undefined or null reference."

Workaround

Option 1: Enter the service URL to add the map image layer to the Scene Viewer. Option 2: Add the service URL as a content item in Portal for ArcGIS, and add the layer using the 'Add Layer' button in the Scene Viewer.
