Adding a join on a raster attribute table results in a secondary Object ID field of long type that cannot be deleted.

Workaround

1. Delete the field in ArcGIS Pro2. Use the Join Field tool and do not include the Object ID field in the join. Note: Join Field creates a permanent join on the data itself, so use with caution.
