Adding a domain to the field of an ArcGIS Survey123 hosted feature layer fails when a part of a choice list question is in the ArcGIS Enterprise 10.8 portal with the response, {"status":"error","messages":["Could not find resource or operation '0' on the system."],"code":404}.

Workaround

  1. Navigate to <webContextURL>/sharing/rest/content/users/<username>/<surveyFolderID>/items/<featureServiceItemID>.
  2. Use the updateItem operation to add the providerSDS type keyword.
