Additional Information
This issue no longer occurs with the latest version of ArcGIS Pro 3.3.2. Best practice is to avoid having these sorts of characters in column names per the documentation: "However, ArcGIS does not add delimiters when querying objects in the database. Do not create any tables, feature classes, indexes, databases, users, roles, or other object names that require delimiters if you will use them with ArcGIS. The object will be created in the database, but you cannot access it from ArcGIS." in https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/help/data/geodatabases/manage-sql-server/enterprise-geodatabase-limits.htm.
Workaround
Use ArcGIS Pro 3.0 or higher.
