Adding a custom border to a fixed window and to the List, Survey, or Table widget in ArcGIS Experience Builder causes the widgets to appear visually blurred.

Additional Information
This is a WebKit bug, so browsers using WebKit, such as Google Chrome, can reproduce this bug. However, this bug is not reproducible in Mozilla Firefox, which does not use WebKit. Currently, there is no real working solution for all browsers and operating systems.Workaround
Define the custom border either in the widget or fixed window only.
