Adding a composite address locator to a project crashes ArcGIS Pro if locator is created with ArcGIS Desktop in a Japanese environment.

Additional Information

This was fixed with 2.2 and 10.6.1. You would need to recreate the composite locator in Pro 2.2 or 10.6.1 with the language pack to see the fix.
