Additional Information
When the output variable in model is marked as a parameter, and when run as a model tool from geoprocessing pane, the data from the output is added to the map contents. If the output variable is not marked as parameter, then the data is not added to map contents. This behavior is as designed. Add the output data to the map from the Catalog pane, or downgrade to ArcGIS Pro 3.3.
