Workaround

1) sde:oracle_release:/:user_schema (e.g., sde:oracle11g:/:Thor) --> Specify "@tnsnames_entry" after password in password column.2) sde:oracle_release:/:user_schema;LOCAL=<tnsnames_entry> (e.g., sde:oracle11g:/:Thor;LOCAL=foo) --Specify only password in password column.
