Add documentation in the ArcGIS Data Store restore regarding apps that utilize the ArcGIS Data Store that must be installed on the machine before running the restore backup utility if the apps were installed on the original deployment.

Additional Information

This issue is not a requirement of ArcGIS Data Store. ArcGIS Data Store is not aware of these apps and the restore utility does not fail due to not having the apps installed.

Workaround

Start on a clean server to restore the deployment. Install ArcGIS Insights before running the restore backup utility for ArcGIS Data Store.
