Workaround

Here's the workflow that was described to the user:Add your raster dataset (you may want to use one of the enhancement options)1 Select the footprint with the Select Features tool on the Tools toolbar.2 Click the Raster Properties button on the Image Service Editor toolbar. (you can, click the Rasters node to see that there’s one raster dataset with 6 bands)3 Click the Processes node i Add the Extract Bands process ii Edit this process: General tab – defaults: 3 output bands, then click Band Source and enter the 3-band combination as Band Source-1 = Red, -2=green, and-3=Blue. So a infrared image would be 4, 3, 2. Ignore the other parameters. 4 Click OK.5 Click the General node. i Change Bands to 3 ii Change Color Space to RGB6 Build the image service with all the default options. i Click OK to ignore the selection
