Accessing a survey with a URL parameter in the ArcGIS Survey123 desktop application to edit a feature allows for multiple surveys to be opened at a time, but the data can only be submitted for the most recent feature.

Additional Information

The q parameter controls the records on the device. In this case, the filter parameter should be used with Global IDs to load records, allowing more than one record on the device at any one time.

Workaround

Use the Survey widget in ArcGIS Experience Builder.
