Bug
Able to add records to a related table in ArcGIS Collector without issues, but the same process fails with an error message "Unable to Create Feature" returns in ArcGIS Field Maps (iOS and Android).

This is expected behavior in ArcGIS Field Maps. The cause for the error is a data configuration issue. In reviewing the attribute fields and the range domains applied to them in the related table, there are several instances where the domain name `D_Range_Int_0_999` is applied to both Double and Integer fields data types. That particular range domain is designed at the geodatabase level to only apply to the Integer fields. Therefore this violates the geodatabase model where a range domain is applied to multiple different field data types. Once this data issue is fixed, the table loads successfully and can be used to add related records.Steps to Reproduce
