Workaround

Workaround 1:1. Add the Z and M Enabled shapefile or feature class as an input to the Feature Class to Feature Class Tool.2. Go to Environments and Disable the M and Z Values.3. Run the tool, which creates a new feature without Z and M Values.4. Now if use the Layer to KML tool in the newly created feature, by default the feature would be Clamped to Ground.Workaround 2:1. Open the converted KML in Google Earth 6.0.2. Right-click and go to the properties of the KML.3. Go to the Altitude tab, where we can change the altitude settings to Clamped to Ground, Absolute, Clamped to Seafloor, and so forth.
