A web-tier authentication does not work for anonymous users when a story in ArcGIS StoryMaps contains a web map with secure Open Geospatial Consortium (OGC) services, and returns an error message, "HTTP 401 Unauthorized."

There issue is not addressed. The recommended workaround is to add a web map with the OGC services to an ArcGIS Instant App, and embed the web app to the story.Workaround
Add the web map to a simple ArcGIS Instant Apps web app, and embed the web app to the story using its organizational or short-name URL (e.g. https://<shortname>.arcgis.com/apps/instant/lookup/index.html?appid=<itemid>).
