A Web Mapping Application created approximately around October 1st or earlier by an organization that has a short name URL with capitalized letters does not display other organizations short name in the URL, when shared in a group and requires the credentials of the source organization to open.

Workaround

  1. Open the Web Mapping Application's item details page.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Change the short name to include only lower-case letters. Example: devMaryLong to devmarylong
