Bug
A web map with a hosted feature layer opens properly in Portal for ArcGIS, but multiple warnings are returned in the ArcGIS Server logs, "Exception in setting 'ownership' role Failed to return the service configuration" and "Failed to return the service configuration".

The warning log messages described in this defect are correct and expected behavior that occurs when a user tries to access a feature service that was not shared with them. Once the feature service is shared with user, the warning messages are no longer added to the logs. These warning messages should be used by the administrator to identify cases where the consumers of the service have not yet been granted the appropriate permissions to access the service.Steps to Reproduce
