A web map cannot be printed in Map Viewer Classic using a Web Feature Service (WFS) Open Geospatial Consortium (OGC) service when the point style of the symbols is changed in the WFS layer (Portal for ArcGIS).

This issue is not addressed because Map Viewer Classic is now deprecated and will be retired in 2025. Refer to the deprecation notice: https://support.esri.com/en-us/knowledge-base/deprecation-map-viewer-classic-deprecation-000030662. It is recommended to use Map Viewer (the ArcGIS API for JavaScript 4.x app) for an improved experience and access to new tools.Workaround
Open and print the web map in Map Viewer (the ArcGIS API for JavaScript 4.x app).
