Bug
A warning message, "The reconcile process was not performed. The specified target version has no edit versions to reconcile with" is returned if a new branch version is created in ArcGIS Pro with the ArcGIS Server 10.9.1 Utility Network and Data Management Patch 6B installed.

Workaround
- Perform the Reconcile/Post a second time after the warning is encountered. The message is no longer returned.
- Use the Refresh Versions option in the Versioning tab. This changes the owner's name to uppercase, and there is no warning during reconciliation.
