Bug
A warning message "No data was passed to the filter function. The data argument should be an array of objects" is displayed when loading a utility network in the LayerList widget with the visibleElements property including filter set to true.

This seems to be a larger issue and might affect more than just the LayerList. The same warning message is present in several of the FeatureTable samples as well in version 4.33 of the ArcGIS Maps SDK for JavaScript. This may be originating in a common shared component.
