A utility network service with Arcade custom symbology fails to draw when published as a web map if the Arcade code references a subtype layer.

Workaround

• Omit subtype fields in Arcade symbology.
• Use definition queries instead of subtypes when adding utility network data to the ArcGIS Pro project and applying symbology.
