A user-field-based relationship class published from ArcGIS Pro results in the foreign key field of the related table to be editable in ArcGIS Field Maps by default even though the message "Editing is disabled in the field settings" is displayed when configuring the editing form.

Workaround

Share the file geodatabase with the data publishing as a hosted layer from the ArcGIS Online interface (My content > New item).
