A time enabled mosaic dataset does not animate correctly when the span between images is not uniform.

Workaround

Use the range slider. Perform the following steps to do so:

1. Create the mosaic dataset.
   1. Use the Create Mosaic Dataset tool.
   2. Add Rasters.
   3. Calculate Statistics.
   4. Build Footprints using the Radiometry method.
2. Add Field to the Footprints table of the mosaic dataset.
   1. Add Date.
   2. Numeric Data Type: Long integer.
3. Populate the field with the date.
4. Enable Range on the layer, refer to the link https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/help/mapping/range/get-started-with-the-range-slider.htm.
5. On the Range tab of the ribbon, in the Active Range group, set it to the field created in step 2, and enable the single value option.

Steps to Reproduce
