A TIFF created in ArcGIS Version 10 with NAD 1983 HARN Wisconsin CRS Rock County Feet projection, appears in the incorrect location and with incorrect projection in ArcGIS Version 9.3.1.

Additional Information
9.3.1 and 10SP2 show the projection as Transverse Mercator or North_American_1983_HARN_Transverse_Mercator. The extents are the same.Workaround
Defining the projection to NAD 1983 HARN WISCRS Rock County Feet in Version 9.3.1 will correct the spatial reference; it will also display in ArcGIS Version 10 with the correct spatial reference.Steps to Reproduce
