A survey published from ArcGIS Survey123 Connect displays fields alphabetically according to the labels in the pop-up configuration in ArcGIS Online instead of the order of the survey schema.

Workaround
- In ArcGIS Online Map Viewer, click Pop-ups on the Settings (light) toolbar > Fields List > 'Select fields' and deselect all the fields.
- Click 'Select all' and click Done.
The fields now appear in the order organized in the survey form.
