A survey created from Survey123 for ArcGIS against a hosted feature service with related records published from ArcGIS Pro 2.3.1 hangs on the related table, when refreshing the Inbox or submitting a survey in the Survey123 for ArcGIS field app.

Additional Information

This issue is a known issue with ArcGIS Pro 2.2.x/2.3/2.4 alpha1~3 and is impeded by BUG-000119965. This issue is fixed in the latest version of ArcGIS Pro 2.4 that is available in the next ArcGIS Pro 2.4 release.

Workaround

Publish the hosted feature service from ArcMap.
