This issue is not reproducible in the current version of ArcGIS Hub. If the issue reoccurs, contact Esri Support Services.

Workaround

Workaround 1:

Add a button in a text box layout to the page, and set the button to link to a survey.

Note: This is not a direct workaround since the survey layout tool cannot be used to add a button text.

Workaround 2:

Change the survey title to display the intended button text and republish the survey. The survey layout button text changes to display the desired text.

Note: This workaround may be undesirable; changing a survey title could interfere with other workflows or data or both.
