Additional Information

The behavior described works as designed given the missing values in the reference data used to build the locator. Below are possible workarounds: 1. Add valid values to the State field for the records in the reference data where it is missing, then create the address locator. 2. Create the address locator with only city and zip mapped as the zones. 3. Omit state from the input address.

Workaround

Add a valid non-null value in the State field.
