The development team has considered the issue or request and concluded it will not be addressed. If this is still a concern, contact Esri Support Services.Workaround
- Click on the second chart, if you configured multiple charts are configured. The second instance will not be blocked.
- Activate the feature layer, select layers in the left menu and click on the feature layer in the Map Viewer. This opens the menu with settings on the right. Return back to Charts in the menu and the chart will open.
