Description
An annotation feature cannot be exported from one geodatabase to another using the Feature Class To Feature Class tool.Cause
This is a known issue: 'NIM081508: A single annotation feature cannot be exported from one geodatabase to another using the Feature Class To Feature Class tool'.Workaround
Use the Copy Features tool, found under Data Management Tools > Features.
