Additional Information

The ArcGIS Online World Geocoding Service (Q4 2024) is the most current data vintage available versus the latest ArcGIS StreetMap Premium (SMP) release (2024 Release 4, based on Q3 2024 data). Use the SMP Q4 2024 Locator Update release to get an equal vintage comparison. The default location for the ArcGIS Online World Geocoding Service is the address. In ArcGIS StreetMap Premium (SMP), the default location is the routing location. This can be edited in the locator properties under Geocoding Options and Display Options. This will also ensure a more apt comparison between the two. - The point address for 8680 Balboa Ave, San Diego, CA, 92123, USA is in the wrong location and will be reported as feedback to the data vendor for a fix in a future release. - There was no point address available for 7902 SATI WAY, SAN DIEGO, CA, 92126 in SMP 2024 Release 2, only a postal code match, which explains the difference with the other more current releases. Make sure to review the Addr_type field (right-click and select Show Details) for an equal comparison. - The 2957 Cielo Circulo, Chula Vista, CA, 91915 point address location will be reported to the data vendor for a fix in a future release.
