Additional Information
This issue is not reproducible in ArcGIS Pro 2.7.Workaround
To resolve this issue, use one of the following solutions:
- Add a layer effect to the marker layer.
- Add or use a layer of a different type.
- Change the layer from shape marker to picture marker or 3D model marker.
