App will be moved to mature support. Use Minimal Gallery app instead. https://blogs.esri.com/esri/arcgis/2018/03/14/configurable-apps-announcement-maps-and-apps-gallery-moving-to-mature-support-phase-with-april-release-of-arcgis-online/

Workaround

Add the server hosted service into a web map and share the web map to the group. The app loads.
